Busted
Production North has long been a valued customer of Litestructures, and this strong relationship has produced numerous outstanding sets and stages for some of the U.K's biggest music acts and concerts. Busted's Arena Tour, their biggest so far, was the second staging set we had made for that band.
At 50' x 30' this full set took up most of the house stages where it was built up. Key elements of the set design were two tiered walkways of custom LiteDeck in a pitchfork configuration with three large ramps of 8 and 14 foot widths. The central (14 foot) ramp was designed to be raisable for the band to enter through. This particular custom LiteDeck consisted of grille deck top, with integral lights to both sides. For added immediacy, Litestructures also created a 30 foot catwalk extension into the auditorium space, connecting with a smaller sub stage upon which the band appeared from below stage, riding on a double scissor lift, also furnished by Litestructures' Rental Dept.
