Tour of Britain

We were approached to design a Start/Finish line gantry for the Tour de Britain, one that could be transported daily to different venues along the route. The structure had to be large enough to display graphic panels.

Given its designated use, one of the main criteria was that the structure was quick and easy to dismantle and reassemble. We determined therefore that the design should be based around Litestructures LitePro 3, which is pin fastened and offers excellent strength-to-weight ratios.
